As a curious person, Isabel was attracted to being able to learn and help families. However, as she learned more and started working with families, she became inspired by their resilience, their work ethic, and their perseverance. Today that is what she loves about interacting with business owning families.

To Isabel, the tree logo represents family and the different branches that make a family. Each branch is different and unique. However, the combination of the branches is what makes the tree strong.
